My client, a prestigious lawyer in the State of New York, purchased this estate just before the COVID-19 pandemic. She uses the property as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sotheby’s approached us both to list it for summer rentals, and we were hired to make wide-scale upgrades and furnish for the homes new use. High-end durable finishes, fixtures, and furnishings were used throughout the sprawling property. Each room takes on distinct color palettes inspired by the French country style. New upgrades include a gym, spa, theater room, custom outdoor grotto pool & spa, British gardens, and a home-wide speaker system.
